CLIENT RELATIONS:
At ALL STAR, we believe that maintaining an open line of communications with our clients is vital to the success of our service. Regularly scheduled Quality Assurance meetings with our clients are utilized to ensure that both client and contractor are always well informed on all steps necessary to assure a positive working relationship. Clients are continuously notified on steps being taken by ALL STAR to comply with all service needs and requests.
COMMUNICATION:
ALL STAR Security and Investigations maintains a twenty four hour communications center. It is important to note that we do not use an answering service. All telephone calls to our offices are answered by our employees 365 days a year.
In addition, on duty field supervisors are provided radio equipped vehicles and cell phones to assist in response to service needs. A duty manager is assigned each weekend to assure that service levels are consistent and response to requests is handled in a timely manner. We maintain the most responsive organization in the industry and are proud of our reputation for pro-active management.
SUPERVISION:
Each account is serviced by an Account Manager who takes pride and ownership of their assignment. ALL STAR believes in long-term quality service relationships with our clients. Each Account Manager is given the responsibility to make all proper decisions necessary to insure that all functions on post are geared to provide the utmost return on your Loss Prevention investment. Along with the assigned Account Manager, our Field Directors add another level of supervision and site management. All Security Officers on post are assured of proper support and supervision during all hours of coverage, with an emphasis on evening and night shift quality control.
UNIFORMS/APPEARANCE:
Our Security Officers are trained to be a positive extension of our clients at all times. Our Account Managers and Field Directors continuously uphold all appearance and uniform standards set by ALL STAR and our clients. Image is as important to ALL STAR as it is to those select clients who entrust us with their facilities.
CONTINUOUS ON-SITE EDUCATION
ALL STAR is dedicated to provide all Security Officers site-specific training by our management and supervision staff. Additionally, ALL STAR recognizes the great value of in-house training programs which are available through partnering with our clients. Working together with our clients, our goal - through continuous education and training -is to provide the most valuable security force available to best protect each client's property, employees and liability.
